Unfortunately We do not ship OVERSEAS OR ANY P.O boxes , if you order it will get cancelled and be refunded.

SHIPPING: Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 PM EDT (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Most order get shipped out the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 24-48 hours on the next business day( Most orders will be shipped Monday , and if Monday is a holiday they will get shipped Tuesday.  Delivery estimate dependent on the method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. 

We offer Standard shipping , Expedited shipping and Overnight Shipping. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above.

To see if we currently offer deliveries to your area, select Local Delivery hand off  at checkout and enter a zip code. If the zip code populates, we deliver to that area. All local  DELIVERY HAND OFF DELIVERIES  within NYC  can be delivered Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 2p.m. These orders will be delivered the next business day.  Please email us if you choose this option , so we can arrange a time to drop off. The delivery charge is $10 for orders under $100. 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase by emailing us at  Moncherifleurnyc@gmail.com. Please note however if an order is already processed for shipment or in transit it cannot be cancelled.

1. Shipping Orders under $100 do not require a signature upon delivery. Your package will be left in a safe area or with the receiver if they are available. 

2.  All orders over $150 or orders missing a unit number require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package is being delivered to the correct address or recipient. In this case, an adult must be present to sign for the package. Please arrange for the receiver to be available during the time of delivery. If the receiver is not present, FedEx or UPS will attempt a redelivery the following business day. If the receiver is not present after several attempts, they will need to pick up the package at a local FedEx or UPS facility.  Please continually check the  FedEx, USPS or UPS  tracking number for updates and call the courier. 

3. Delivery Hand Off Orders WITHIN NYC: all packages will have to be signed for

(ALL SHIPPED PACKAGES ARE INSURED UP TO $100)

Mon Cheri Fleur NYC  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Liability transfers from Mon Cheri Fleur NYC to Shipper service ,When they hold possession of the package. Please contact your local USPS etc. ( UPS, FEDEX)  for help with the recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email or file a claim if your package was insured. ALL of our packages are insured. We take the extra step to insure each package up to $100.
