3. DO NOT EXPOSE PRESERVED ROSES DIRECTLY TO SUNLIGHT
4. AVOID ANY CONTACT OF PRESERVED ROSES WITH WATER
5. AVOID CRUSHING, PRESSING OR FOLDING PETALS.
6. PLEASE DO NOT STORE IN A HUMID ENVIORNMENT

SHIPPING
IMPORTANT: Any Shipping delays are out of our control and orders cannot be canceled in transit or refunded.
Unfortunately We do not ship OVERSEAS OR ANY P.O boxes , if you order it will get cancelled and be refunded.

SHIPPING:
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 PM EDT (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 24-48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate dependent on the method of shipping chosen at time of purchase.
We offer Standard shipping , Expedited shipping and Overnight Shipping. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above.
Orders under $100 do not require a signature upon delivery. Your package will be left in a safe area or with the receiver if they are available.
All orders over $150 or orders missing a unit number require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package is being delivered to the correct address or recipient. In this case, an adult must be present to sign for the package. Please arrange for the receiver to be available during the time of delivery. If the receiver is not present, FedEx or UPS will attempt a redelivery the following business day. If the receiver is not present after several attempts, they will need to pick up the package at a local FedEx or UPS facility.
Please continually check the FedEx, USPS or UPS tracking number for updates and call the courier.
LOCAL DELIVERY HAND OFF WITHIN NYC:
All local DELIVERY / HAND OFF DELIVERYS within NYC can be delivered Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 2p.m. Orders must be placed by 10 p.m EST These orders will be delivered the next business day. Please email us if you choose this option , so we can arrange a time to drop off. The charge is $15 for orders under $100. For Orders over $100 the charge is $20 delivery fee.
CAN I CANEL MY ORDER?:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase by emailing us at Moncherifleurnyc@gmail.com. Please note however if an order is already processed for shipment or in transit it cannot be cancelled.
I INPUT THE WRONG ADDRESS IN THE SHIPPING INFO:
If We have yet to send out the package please email us with your Order#, name, email and correct address. If the package was sent back to sender and delivered, meaning we received it. We can ship it back, but a $7 Shipping fee will be charged to the customer. As a small business, we are not liable for shipping information errors.
DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS:
When checking on the item you wish to purchase you agree to the following disclaimer:
Disclaimer: I understand that the roses and flowers are naturally preserved and may have a slight variation in shape and color. Please do not remove roses from the box, this will damage the roses. No Returns Accepted.
Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges as each Mon Cheri Fleur arrangement is designed specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of the product it is unreasonable for us to accept return
*Mon Cheri Fleur NYC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Liability transfers from Mon Cheri Fleur NYC to USPS when they hold possession of the package. Please contact your local USPS etc. ( UPS, FEDEX) for help with the recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email or file a claim if your package was insured. ALL of our packages are insured. We take the extra step to insure each package up to $100.
If your package has arrived damaged please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of receiving the product and we will address any of your concerns. All requests must be made by email and sent to moncherifleurnyc@gmail.com. For damaged products: please include photos, order #.
